Reception class page
Welcome to the reception class page.  Each day I will be posting some new phonics and maths activities for you to try.  Below the daily activities, you will find lots of other links and activities should you wish to complete them.  
Please try to read with your child as much as possible.  I am sure the books we sent home are becoming tedeous now, so here is the link to Oxford Owl where you can create an account and receive access to lots of free ebooks which are written for your child's reading ability. 
Here is the link for the daily RWI sessions. They take place Monday-Friday between 9:30am - 10:30am but you can view them at any time.  There are also lots of stories read by the staff too!
Tapestry is a great tool for keeping in contact with me.  You can upload pictures of your child doing different activities, and even videos which is a great way for me to see how their reading is progressing.  Don't forget to use it!
