A huge thank you to the incredible team at Stowmarket Meadlands Men's Shed who worked their magic upgrading our mud kitchen for Reception last month! The new mud kitchen has been brilliant the children have absolutely loved getting stuck in, whipping up mud pies and lots of other imaginative creations Your kindness and handy work have made a real difference. It's been wonderful to see such joy and creativity

A Fond Farewell to Mrs Bird After an incredible 33 years of dedicated service, we say a heartfelt goodbye to the wonderful Mrs Bird, who is retiring from our school community. Mrs Bird has been more than just a member of staff - she has been a constant source of warmth, wisdom and kindness. Over the decades, she has touched the lives of countless children, families and colleagues with her unwavering commitment, gentle encouragement and infectious smile. We will miss her deeply, but we are so grateful for the time we've had. Thank you, Mrs Bird, for everything.

Celebrating Success We're incredibly proud of our Year 6 pupils who've absolutely smashed it in their SATs achieving results higher than the national average! Their hard work, determination and brilliant attitudes have truly paid off. A massive thank you to our fantastic staff and supportive families for helping them shine. What a way to finish the year!!

Look at these wise little artists! Our Year 1 children had an amazing time last week creating their very own owls in art class. Using various recycled materials, their creativity truly soared! Fantastic work, Year 1we love seeing your imagination come to life!

Reception's Busy Week Our Reception pupils have been hard at work over the past couple of weeks, exploring new skills and having plenty of fun along the way! They've been tackling numbers in maths, learning to weave using the playground fence and have been busy tending to the plants. A fantastic mix of learning and creativity - well done, Reception!

For those of you who missed it, our fabulous Year 5 class was featured in the newspaper as the "Class of the Week," showcasing their hard work learning to play the trombone in preparation for the upcoming WCET musical festival. Well done, Year 5!
