We are currently seeking a caring and enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant (MDSA) to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Hours: 1 hour per day (12:00–1:00pm), Monday to Friday
  • Contract: Term time only (38 weeks per year), Permanent position
  • Salary: Single Status Grade 2, Point 3 – £13.28 per hour (£25,614 full-time equivalent)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and engaging with children during the lunch break
  • Supporting play and positive social interaction in the playground
  • Overseeing behaviour and safety in the dining hall and outdoor areas

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Confident and calm when working with children
  • A good communicator and team player
  • Willing to undertake relevant training
