Year 4 rolled up their sleeves and got stuck into some delicious hands-on learningmaking pizza from scratch using the flour and yoghurt method for the dough! The classroom was a whirlwind of activity (and flour!), but the children loved every minute of it. Now, after all the mixing, kneading and topping chaos, they're enjoying some well-earned chill time while their creations bake in the oven.

Year 2 children had a wonderful time during Family Friday. A big thank you to all the parents/carers who joined us for lunch your presence made the day extra special!

Out of This World Lunch! The special lunchtime menu was a galactic hit! From start to finish, our students were all smilesproof that great food really does lift spirits. A huge thank you to our amazing kitchen team for serving up something truly stellar. Happy faces everywhere and empty plates to match!

Our Year 5 students have been loving their swimming sessions this term! It's fantastic to see their confidence grow in the water while having so much fun. Each year, we're proud to offer this brilliant opportunity to our Year 3, 4 and 5 pupilsan entire term of swimming, building skills and making memories.

Year 4 have been enjoying the magic of The Queen's Nose by Dick King-Smith this week The children have been captivated by Harmony's adventures and the whimsical twists that unfold.

Reception have been revving up their number-writing skills in the most exciting way! Each number was transformed into a winding road and the children used their cars to trace the shapes, helping them understand number formation through movement and play. It's been a fantastic way to combine fine motor skills, spatial awareness and early maths all with a big dose of fun!

To support Young Minds and mark Hello Yellow Day, we're launching a fun and creative colouring competition for our pupils! Colouring sheets will be coming home this week Entry: 50p – all proceeds go to Young Minds Return entries with donation by 8th October Winners announced on 10th October (one from each class!) Year 3 parents came into school for our Family Friday lunch and what a treat it was! Thank you to all the families who joined us! These moments of connection mean so much to our children and help build a strong, supportive school community.

Reception and Year 1 are having a blast exploring Little City - Suffolk From mini markets to construction zones, our little learners are diving into imaginative play and creative fun. It's wonderful to see their confidence grow as they role-play, collaborate, and discover new adventures together. A morning full of smiles, teamwork and tiny professionals in action!

Year 3 have been leaping into actionliterally! They've been practising their jumping skills with energy and enthusiasm, exploring different techniques and building confidence. Even more exciting, they've been inventing their own games using those skills, showing fantastic creativity and teamwork.

After-school Art Club is in full swing and thriving! They've been diving into the rich, warm tones of autumnthink golden leaves, crisp reds and cosy brownsto create stunning collages inspired by the season's colours and patterns.
