Reception Class
Our Reception class promotes a love of reading and learning. Planning is based around books, broadening children's interests and encouraging curiosity. We use short bursts of formal teaching to teach the key skills needed, alongside opportunities to explore, create and understand the world around them.
The non-statutory curriculum guidance (Development Matters) supports us to implement the curriculum, this can be found below.
